For a launch or dealer conference, eight to twelve weeks is comfortable. Venue availability is usually the binding constraint, particularly in the last quarter of the year.
Accreditation and entry control run on our own hardware, which is where our IT side meets the event side. Audio, video and staging are delivered through suppliers we coordinate and remain responsible for.
