Why one roof
A company’s IT need rarely arrives on its own. A business asking for warehouse software also needs handheld terminals, label printers, maintenance for those devices, and often an event at the end of the year to bring its dealers together.
When those items spread across separate suppliers, the real cost never shows up on an invoice. Responsibility blurs, the hardware and the software do not recognise each other, and during an outage each party points at the other.
The same structure writes the software, supplies the hardware and takes on the maintenance. Because responsibility is not divided, there is one number to call when something fails.
How we operate
Four principles shape the way we work. All of them rest on the same thing: knowing in advance what you are getting.
Scope is written
Before work starts we put in writing what is included, in what timeframe and under whose responsibility. A verbal understanding leaves both sides exposed in corporate work.
Your contact stays
Whichever of the six areas you are working with, the person coordinating it stays the same. Internal handovers do not become your problem.
Proposals rest on inventory
Our hardware and solution proposals come out of an on-site assessment. We do not quote items you have no use for.
Continuity is planned
After installation, maintenance, consumables and support continue on a schedule. We do not count work as finished when its continuity is unplanned.
