The wrong handheld terminal slows down the software running on it. We assess the need on site, pick the device that matches how it will actually be used, and run the process end to end from procurement to commissioning.

After the initial conversation we narrow or widen the scope to match what you need. Quote lines are written against the headings below.

In practice the terms describe the same class of device. What matters is the printing method. Direct thermal needs no ribbon and suits short-lived labels such as shipping. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon and produces labels that survive heat, light and handling for years.
It follows the environment. IP42 and above is enough for offices and in-store counting, IP54 for enclosed warehouses, IP65 for production floors and outdoor work. Cold storage is a separate case and needs anti-condensation models.
We supply new hardware with manufacturer warranty. On request we can quote refurbished units for secondary or backup use, always stating the condition and remaining warranty in writing.
